Greenblott & O’Rourke was founded in 2017 upon the premise that both founding partners were stronger working together as a team than as individuals. At the time, both Jim O’Rourke and Seth Greenblott were thriving as sole practitioners. Due to their diverse respective backgrounds, they found themselves referring cases to each other on a weekly basis. This fostered a collaborative mindset, and the same spirit of teamwork has become the culture of G&O.
