Located at the Port of Ilwaco, Jessie's Ilwaco Fish Company provides natural, resource-based, value-added processing jobs and depends directly on the sustainable management of local maritime resources. Jessie's has been in business since 1962 and distributes the ocean's finest world-wide. We are a familiar landmark in Ilwaco and is also Pacific County's fourth-largest employer and a 70,000 square foot processing facility. Having been recently acquired by Safe Coast Seafoods in 2020, we look to be a hub of sustainability in a trusted network of both fishermen and consumers.
