SAFE, LLC is a TPA founded on the idea that all workplace accidents can be prevented and all injured workers can be safely returned to work. We pride ourselves on providing one-on-one service not available from larger TPA's. We provide workers' compensation third party administration services including claims management, accident prevention, in-house bill management and nurse case management for New York State independent adjusters, captive insurance programs, municipalities, run-off group trusts, and insolvent group trusts. Our founder and managing partner, Gina Emerson, is an Occupational Therapist who understands that prevention efforts and early nurse case management are integral elements to preventing exorbitant costs for both businesses and employees in the event of a workplace injury.
