Quality Control: With very experienced foremen and a dedicated site crew at each Westform location, the quality and defect free assembly of formwork comes as more of a habit than an afterthought. The majority of our workers have been with us for many years, and so know the business inside out. No industrial disputes: The Company has an accredited Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) with the CFMEU and pride ourselves on 100% employee entitlements, such as CBUS, Acirt and UPLUS. This maintains a healthy workforce. Productivity:The vast experience of our site crew is evident when the assembly of formwork is erected once only. We focus the bulk of effort on the planning and pre-erection phase of the formwork process.
