WHO WE ARE We are a new generation of movers, who combine adventure sports and a passion for nature, well-being and fitness. WHAT WE DO We use our adventures to take you on a journey within yourself, together with other like-minded souls. And in between the excitement of trekking, free diving, kayaking SUP, via ferrata, or paragliding, we share various forms of yoga to relax, prepare and make the most of our beautiful here and now. WHY NÜ? In some cultures the word nu means now. For others nu is the way new is pronounced And to us it sounds like the French word for we. All of these meanings are relevant to our concept. OUR FORMULA We believe in the power of nature, so we’re in it as much as possible. But we also believe in the power of togetherness – helping each other to overcome the challenges we find in our natural landscape. When we’re adventuring by land, across water or through the air, gravity is a constant challenge. And so playing with gravity runs through almost all of the skills we share and practice. It’s how we reconnect with nature – and ourselves. WHERE IT HAPPENS Sardinia’s great outdoors is rich and wild. The combination of sea, mountains and Mediterranean microclimate give you the confidence to test your boundaries. And it has an abundance of fresh vegetables, fish and lean meat – tasty food is another part of our formula.
