We are an organization that is passionate about building great software. More than that, we want the tech and innovation ecosystem to thrive. In order to do that, new software developers need to get experience building software, and expert guidance to do it right. There are a number of programs, some government funded, that train people to make career transitions. New Idea Machine has the purpose of giving new coders hands-on experience with real industry projects, lead by senior industry development leaders and mentors. Once those developers have gained valuable experience, companies can, and are encouraged to, hire them right out of our hands. We may be the only company that is okay with other businesses poaching our skilled people.
