As business organizations have become more diverse and the global environment within which all operate requires a diverse workforce to remain competitive, the importance of acquiring and maintaining a vibrant and diverse workforce is apparent. The Diversity Workforce Coalition is a nonprofit entity comprised of businesses throughout the region whose goal is to promote diversity in the workplace through education, networking and training.
