St Andrews Lean Consulting is a subsidiary of the University of St Andrews, which specialises in helping you on your Lean journey. We offer bespoke Lean consultancy services to higher education institutions, and public, private, and charitable organisations. The company was formally established in January 2016, however, its origins stem from the internationally-renowned University of St Andrews Lean Team, who have been providing consultancy services to national and international educational institutions and government bodies since 2006. Our approach is founded on an intimate understanding of business processes, governance structures and organisational behaviours, particularly those which define higher education. We have tailored our approach to bring about change to operational efficiency, organisational culture, and staff effectiveness. We have the ability to dramatically and durably improve the operational performance of Higher Education Institutions, and other service organisations, using a sustainable and well-developed model for transformational change.
