Ultra Steak Inc. is a long-established restaurant support company comprised of talented service-centric professionals. With more than 3,000 employees, we operate within four unique restaurant brands, including Texas Roadhouse, Aspen Creek Grill, Aspen Tap House and Slim Chickens. Our Brands are known for their high-value quality foods provided to our guests in a fun dining experience. Established in 1979 in Anderson, Indiana, Ultra Steak Inc. has a proven history of providing support services that translate to growth within the industry. Our business was launched with a single Sizzler restaurant in Fort Wayne, Indiana, which grew to nine franchised Sizzler restaurants in Indiana. An exciting milestone occurred in 1996, when we converted our Muncie, Indiana Sizzler into a Texas Roadhouse restaurant. That partnership remains current as of today, and includes thirteen franchises in Indiana, Ohio and California. From 2012-2019, we provided support to a network of 24 Little Caesar’s locations. Our portfolio continued to grow in 2014, when we acquired the Aspen Creek concept from Texas Roadhouse Inc., adding eight locations in Texas, Indiana, and Kentucky. Further expansion into Illinois and Indiana was driven by the inception of Aspen Tap House in 2020. Most recently, Slim Chickens joined our family of brands in 2021, with the option to franchise 21 locations in Oregon and Idaho.
