Willems Advocaten & Rechtsanwälte is a commercial law firm which currently comprises in Amsterdam 7 NL lawyers, 4 German Bar admitted attorneys, one of which also is a civil law notary in Essen Germany. The firm, founded in Amsterdam in1948, has offices in Amsterdam and Düsseldorf. One of the partners is also consultant with a London City based firm of solicitors, Druces & Attlee LLP. We advise and represent large and small businesses, both nationally and internationally. We also represent private interests, preferably when those are closely linked to businesses owned by our clients. Willems particularly focuses on the following areas of law: administrative and environmental law, building law and project development, commercial real estate, rental law, company law, franchising, intellectual property rights and ICT, employment law, mergers & acquisitions (including due diligence and legal audit) and liability law.
