We aim to encourage women in Computer science, computer engineering, IT, and tech-related fields to develop academically and professionally, to network and learn with each other and to foster the advancement of women in high-school, university and industry. Our mission is to bridge the gender gap. We do this by providing a platform for women in tech to network and develop vital skills that will advance them professionally. We also inspire young girls to pursue careers in tech by connecting them with female role models, engaging them in practical workshops, and challenging misconceptions about the industry.
