B.I.C (Cambodia) Bank Plc. (herein referred to as “B.I.C Bank”) is a commercial bank incorporated and registered in National Bank of Cambodia. B.I.C Bank was jointly established by Asia Investment and Financial Services Co. Ltd of Lao PDR, Paradise Investment Co. Ltd of Kingdom of Cambodia and Prime Street Advisory Co. Ltd of Thailand. Asia Investment and Financial Services Co., Ltd of Lao PDR is the major shareholder who also owns the B.I.C Bank Lao Co. Ltd. B.I.C Bank was established under the Enterprise Registration Certificate issued by Ministry of Industry and Commerce and the Bank License issued by the National Bank of Cambodia (herein referred to as “NBC”). The Bank has opened for business officially on 1st August 2018. The principal activities of B.I.C Bank are to provide banking services on: 1. Mobilizing and receiving short, medium and long-term deposit funds from various corporates, organizations and individuals, both local and foreign; 2. Collateralized lending on a short, medium and long-term basis to various corporates, organizations and individuals up to the nature and ability of the Bank’s capital resources; 3. Conducting foreign currency transactions; international trade finance services, discounting of commercial notes, and valued documents; 4. Providing transaction services between customers; and other banking services as approved by the NBC.
