Most homes are co-ed, and several are handicap-accessible. Each home serves four adults in a home-like setting. Bridges to Success provides short and long-term supportive services to adults with physical and mental disabilities who are living at home, with a family member or out in the community, Bridges (Building Relationships and Independence through Determination, Guidance and Educated Supports) The services we offer include: Day programming, Independent and supported living skills, Behavioral services, Homemaking and cleaning services, Companion and transportation services, Housing access, supported employment as well as many other individualized services. Our Assisted Living division provides exceptional standard of living in Duluth and Wrenshall Minnesota! In this division we serve aging adults, adults with mental health disabilities and adults with physical disabilities. Caring for a loved one who is aging or has a disability can be challenging.
