A social enterprise bakery, working alongside people with special needs and those who are recovering from mental illness, to produce amazing bakes! Through on the job training using Universal Design for Learning, we train them so that they can have a chance at finding a sustainable employment. At Flour Power, we embrace differences. While our cookies and cakes may not look perfect, it is made wholeheartedly and taste just as good. We hope companies and employers will be receptive to hiring individuals with special needs and enable an opportunity for them, albeit their challenges.
