The University of California Humanities Research Institute (UCHRI) is the systemwide University of California center that supports interdisciplinary, multicampus humanities research across all ten UC campuses. Through its various grant programs, UCHRI supports faculty and graduate student collaboration on innovative humanities projects that use inventive methods to interact with multiple publics. Recognized nationally and internationally for its thought leadership, UCHRI also directs its own robust program of intellectual collaborations and public engagement focused on crucial issues for the future of higher education and the humanities.
