The North American Youth Parliament for Water (NAYPW) brings together water leaders (18-35 years old) from Canada and the United States to develop solutions for the most pressing shared water issues. The NAYPW is committed to working towards the many aspects of equity regarding safe and secure access to drinking water, water policy, research & management advocacy at the local and regional level. Our aim as an organization is to ensure that waters are protected for future generations through international and intranational joint projects. We pursue our goal of educating for a better water future by developing programs engaging youth under 18 on sustainable water science, culture and ethics. The NAYPW recognizes the integral role young professionals play in finding solutions, conducting and developing research, bringing together different disciplines, peoples and groups, and influencing governmental policy towards a sustainable, equitable present and future.
