Our accounting team focuses on holistic tax planning and preparation for individuals and small business alike. We also provide payroll services to the small business we help manage. Our accounting strategy goes hand-in-hand with the financial services and wealth management that we offer which focuses on diversifying funds through both traditional and non-correlated alternative investments. The firm is owned by Pensacola natives Tripp Hale and Heather Doerr. Tripp earned his Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Florida and then went on to graduate from Rice Universities College of Business where he earned his Financial Planner Certification. Tripp is also an Enrolled Agent (EA) and has years of experience in tax preparation and financial planning under his belt. Heather earned her Bachelors in accounting from California State University and earned her Masters in Accounting form the University of West Florida. Heather is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who has a wealth of knowledge and years of experience in accounting as well as alternative investments. Tripp and Heather employ 5 individuals who share the same amount of interest and care in their clients as the owners do.
