Yoga Generation, formerly Gravity Yoga, is the first yoga studio in the Lower Mainland primarily offering aerial yoga - yoga in a hammock! We offer other types of yoga, including restorative yoga, yin yoga, power yoga, vinyasa flow yoga and hatha yoga. The intention of the owners and instructors at Yoga Generation is to assist students in the development of physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Yoga Generation offers a space where students are free to practice in a comfortable and judgement free atmosphere.
