OUR STORY FXP® Fitness was born from the belief that fitness should be an enjoyable, accessible experience that yields great results. After recognizing that many fitness trends have low levels of success and high dropout rates, lauded fitness expert Niece Pecenka, alongside the experienced fitness enthusiasts and team at FXP® Fitness, sought to create a revolutionary workout system. The common “no pain, no gain” approach alienates many consumers and we wanted to design a pain-free path to getting in shape. Pecenka, a longtime lover and instructor of fitness hooping, identified key shortcomings with using the traditional Wham-O™ Hula Hoop® for exercise. As the team at FXP Fitness sought to innovate the cherished childhood product, while maintaining its nostalgic integrity, the FXP® Hula Hoop® was born. We assembled a talented team of health and wellness experts, product designers, and exercise researchers to establish FXP® Fitness and the FXP® Hula Hoop® System, a holistic exercise program that blends core and strength training with high intensity interval training. The FXP® Hula Hoop® is precisely weighted and sized to provide unbelievable results to help users shed pounds, lose inches from their waistline, and sculpt their body with long, lean muscle.
