Positive Results Through Litigation and Trial We represent businesses, owners and shareholders in contract and tort claims in state and federal trial courts and in state and federal appellate courts. This includes actions to enforce contractual rights and duties, statutory claims and enforcement and collection of judgments. We zealously pursue claims on behalf of clients involved in auto accidents, truck accidents, slip and fall accidents, bicycle and motorcycle accidents and wrongful death claims against those at fault. We represent clients from pre-suit claims through trial. We represent clients in litigation and trial of family law cases including divorce, child support, post-decree enforcement and modification actions. Recognizing that litigation is an often trying and emotional experience for all the parties involved, we actively work toward creative solutions to accomplish client goals without the need for protracted litigation if at all possible. These include early mediation, arbitration and collaborative divorce.
