It is no secret that a life well lived involves the ability to successfully navigate multiple, major transitions. A common theme with many of our clients is that although very successfully in their demanding careers, they are still challenged with many of the same personal/professional obstacles that we all face. With little or no time to properly think through and deal with these issues they often find themselves conflicted, guilt ridden and stressed out as they search for more balance in their careers and lives. It is lonely at the top and as we continue to progress in our careers the importance of an unbiased sounding board becomes extremely important and a sound investment. At YFR we become that sounding board and trusted advisers to our clients. As we are retained by individual clients versus corporations we can take a "holistic" approach to our clients lives. We believe that harmony on the home front, strategies to ensure a healthy lifestyle are equally as important as on the job performance in helping to ensure career and life success. At YFR we work with clients in their 30's through 70's to find better balance, purpose and ultimately increased happiness in their lives. We help clients from all over the English speaking world with one-on-one coaching (via phone) workshops and seminars.
