We are working with 2 major banks in Singapore to roll out PayNow with automated bank reconciliation and pass-through accounting. Homeowners or tenants can soon pay management fees or rental to the MCST/landlord through our app. With auto bank recon and pass-thru accounting, the books are updated automatically, which promises convenience and savings for all stakeholders. Qornerstone has a 20-year track record in Singapore as IBASE Technology Pte Ltd (“IBASE”), which holds IP rights to the source code and sells Enterprise licences of the proptech platform. Both Qornerstone and IBASE are wholly owned subsidiaries of Qornerstone, Inc., which is approved for listing on the U.S. OTC Board with share trading to commence in second half 2019.
