With an extensive background in music production and having worked with some of the top writers and producers, EP has been able to parle their expertise into developing artists and their sound.  Most notably Alessia Cara and Sebastian Kole who have had tremendous success as an artist and writer respectively.  In January 2018, Alessia took home the Grammy Award for Best New Artist while recently, Sebastian Kole was named the #2 writer in the United States and #4 worldwide.
