We connect western Iowans with courses, programs, and services from Iowa's public universities - Iowa State University, the University of Iowa, and the University of Northern Iowa. We collaborate with the following community colleges: Northwest Iowa, Western Iowa Tech, Iowa Western, and Southwestern. We provide assistance to help students transfer from those colleges to Iowa's Regents universities - for on-campus programs as well as dozens of online undergraduate and graduate degrees We also work with schools and community groups to arrange outreach activities from Iowa's public universities to the people of western Iowa. These range from academic programs, economic development services, and cultural activities.
