My philosophy is that the one-on-one counselor-to-student experience yields the best results and most successful outcome for both the student and parents as well. I believe it is of utmost importance to really listen carefully to each family’s hopes and dreams, concerns and worries, goals, and desires and learn as much as possible about what makes each student extraordinary. This knowledge helps me to determine with the student while taking into consideration academic and financial variables, a realistic list of college choices. Taking the time to really get to know the student is a critical part of the counseling process, to ensure them the best chance in the admissions process among the large college applicant pools.
