Plasgain has two product streams; plastics and lighting. Plasgain manufactures construction products from recycled materials, and, supply lighting infrastructure in both gridded and solar forms. Solar lighting is the future and aligns with our quest for a sustainable and renewable future. Plasgain’s purpose is “Advancing sustainable development”. We aspire to create jobs in regional Australia, solve problems associated the use of imported plastic products and reduce landfill, by turning waste plastic into commercially viable products. Plasgain is a core part of the circular economy, with the goal of maximising the use of recycled plastic in our products. Plasgain is not a waste recycling business. However, Plasgain sources all of its input materials from high quality Australian based recycling companies. This clean recycled material is then used in our manufacturing processes to develop our patented products. Where practical, Plasgain will endeavour to utilise 100% recycled materials in its products.
