Gold Standard Honey is a core of beekeepers who produce raw honey from various sources in the United States. Our honey is not cooked or cut with corn syrup or compromised in any way. It is honey as it should be, that simply flows from the comb into the jar. All the pollens from a given area are retained in our honey. It is not filtered out, for maximum health benefits and flavor. Our honeys are analyzed by the Pollen Analysis Lab at Texas A&M University, and we disclose the pollen contents on the backs of all our labels.
