Impact Expansion is an impact investing fund manager, sponsored by KOIS, a pioneer in impact investing focused on Healthcare, Education & the Environment, targeting fast growing companies with high impact to support them in the scaling of their business and impact. We are convinced that market returns can be achieved together with positive measurable impact. The strategy is founded and managed by a team of seasoned investors, coming from both the impact and the non-impact space. The partners emanate from KOIS and from Milestone Investisseurs, a seasoned pan-European Private Equity investor with a focus on value creation via buy-and-build strategies. Impact Expansion Fund I is targeting €120-150m. Impact Expansion targets projects with high direct societal and environmental impacts with the ability to lead to systemic change. ● Education/Employment: improve access to and quality of education, and improve employability and access to jobs for vulnerable and disadvantaged groups, by investing in themes such as financing access, IT training, human capital, job integration, EdTech, lifelong opportunities, vocational training, etc. ● Health: improve access, quality and affordability of healthcare in Europe thanks to new business models or technology. The Manager will, among others, focus on disadvantaged groups needs as regards to mental health, chronic disease management, home care, geriatric care or revalidation. ● Environment: fight the climate crisis and reduce environmental degradation, by investing in themes such as recycling and circular economy, energy efficiency & storage, and sustainable agriculture.
