H&S Qualità nel Software was founded in Piacenza in 1989 by a group of committed professionals with backgrounds in highly qualified spheres of Information Technology. The mission was the constitution of a company to develop software and software-related products using expertise, flexibility and commitment. In few years, the mission was accomplished and the actual success of the company went beyond the initial expectations of the founding members, regarding both the sales and the products' diversification.
