I specialise in youth health promotion, training for parents and professionals, and design and support services for the charity sector. Training: 7north offers a range of training primarily aimed at professionals working with young people including teachers, youth workers, foster carers and social workers around a range of themes including sexual health and relationships education, drugs and alcohol, child protection and interventions, mental health & homelessness. Professionals may either book onto a training day or bespoke training can be developed to suit the needs of your organisation. We also offer sessions for parents who would like to explore how to talk to their children on specific issues. Design: 7north is currently designing a range of 'off the shelf' health education materials and educational resources which will be available to buy via our website in late 2013. We can also work on a bespoke basis to design materials that meet the specific needs of a certain group of young people if desired. Our designer can also work with charities and small businesses offering discounted rates on websites and other publicity tailored to meet your needs. Consultancy: We offer consultancy services to the small business, NGO and public sector. In addition to design services, 7north can help set up services for young people, with grant-writing and strategic planning or bespoke training.
