Traditionally, while reading a book, it is difficult to search text/content (no Ctrl + F button in offline approach). Further, in case while reference is to be made to other book/books, it is always difficult to refer content simultaneously with 2-3 books at the same time. Even though on internet, as a virtual environment, search (find content), cross-reference (different tabs), comparison (edits) are integral to virtual environment, there is no single platform to conduct such features. Thus, continuity, in reading really matters, thus while referring to the different provision (content) jumping across different books (offline) and different windows (online) is difficult. Such countless distractions slow down productivity. MLC intends to create a system that merges all the advantages of both traditional reading and digital reading to maximize people’s efficiency of time and be a one stop solution for a User to search any legislation (law) in India & should be easily readable & comparable for common man (or an expert).
