La Tim is a closely held Public Limited Company with 25 years of experience in land development, resort development and management, township development & the field of construction. The company has, in the past, procured and developed more than 2000 acres of land in the Raigadh District in Maharashtra. The company has completed and is in process of implementing several residential projects like Serenity Villas, Vasudha Estate, Vasudha Orchard, Sanctum, Sanctuary Villas etc. The company is also involved in agricultural activities namely plantations of mango, cashew nuts & teak wood. Saj Hotels Pvt. Ltd. was taken over by La Tim in 1996 and La Tim renovated the hotel and improved its facilities & services, resulting in increased revenues for the resort. As of today, Saj Resort has emerged as one of the best resorts of Mahabaleshwar, with all the required comforts and amenities.
