Ball Law Corporation is a boutique business and litigation law firm founded by two Stanford undergrad classmates, Jonathan Ball (Harvard Law School) and Thomas O'Brien (Columbia Law School). We believe in the value of being highly skilled generalists, and our practice reflects the breadth of our business and legal experience. For example, we litigate in federal and state courts, serve as outside general counsel, and negotiate real estate deals and corporate transactions.
