Solving the problematic situation isn't the solve because the solution is actually a by-product of a deep-rooted unidentified issue. Traditional methods or coaching not applied and they don't work for our neurodiverse superpowers. I am a solution-focused coach, which simply means that I support my clients in connecting with their authentic selves, shifting their thinking, and making progressive and impactful changes to achieve what they want in life.
