FixturFab's vision is to modernize hardware testing. We built a design platform that uses generative Computer-Aided Design (CAD) to automate a lot of the design process for PCBA Functional Test Fixtures. It parses circuit board design files for test features and generates mechanical design files for building bed-of-nails test fixtures. Using rapid manufacturing techniques, like 3D printing and laser-cutting, and our automation, FixturFab provides quick-turn and affordable development fixtures that let electrical engineers start testing their prototype runs and low-volume builds earlier. We like to think of it as enabling Test-Driven Development for hardware. Building test solutions earlier allows our customers to bring a well-developed test system to their manufacturer and avoid surprises because they've already learned how to test their products while developing them.
