Spectra Company, for over 30 years, has been entrusted with the rehabilitation of over 400 of the most cherished, historical, architectural and cultural landmarks in the country. Our preservation work conforms to the guidelines set forth in the "Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation"." We have completed such projects as the Pantages Theatre and El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood, The Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, the Gamble House in Pasadena, Frank Lloyds Wright’s Ennis House, the Villa Rivera in Long Beach, the 28th Street YMCA in Los Angeles.
