PROFILE OF THE CHAIRMAN/MANAGING DIRECTOR The chairman and the managing director, Mr. Ajith Boralessa has industry experience since 1979, his expertise in identifying and sourcing natural gem stones has helped the company provide the highest quality products to our customers. Mr. Ajith Boralessa graduated as a gemologist (D. GEM G) on 1979 from university in Germany and has established himself as an entrepreneur in Sri Lanka. He has managed to be the Sri Lankan and Malaysia entrepreneur of the year for two consecutive years (2008/2009). Mr.Ajith Boralessa was an executive committee member for Sri Lankan gem and jewelry association from 2009 to 2010 He currently serves as the president for gem and jewelry dealers’ association world trade center in Sri Lanka from 2016 to 2017 due to his expertise in the industry. He is a life member of Lanka gem and Jewelry exchange and Gemologists Association of Sri Lanka. He is a member of Sri Lanka gem & jewelry association and former president of the Gem and Jewelry Dealer association of Gem and Jewelry exchange.
