Kiboberry Ltd. is a specialist in the production of raspberries. Focused on the growing and exportation of fresh berries for the European markets. A spinn-off of these activities is the supply of berries in the Tanzanian market. In July 2016 the start began to convert the Kindi estate to a the Kiboberry raspberry farm. In June 2017 the first raspberry plants were planted and in December 2017 we proudly harvested our first raspberries. Kiboberry Ltd. is still in the process of expanding, adhering to a long-term vision, a clear focus on expertise, entrepreneurship and flexibility. Innovation and sustainability are central to our work and thinking. For example, new cultivation techniques are being developed to achieve the most efficient production of raspberries. Kiboberry aims to do so profitably whilst respecting the interests of all stakeholders involved. The company complies with the audits as mandated by Tanzanian law through the National Environmental Management Council (NEMC) Tanzania Food and Drugs Authority (TFDA). The Global-Gap quality system provides international standards for environmental protection. The company is audited for Global Gap annually. Health and safety and welfare of our employees. This is by educating the workers about the importance of self hygein, providing first aid knowledge, suppling of postas of reminders of hygein.
