Currently, Michael has nearly 30 years of combined military and law enforcement investigative experience. While serving in the elite United States Marine Corps 2nd force reconnaissance company, Michael received some of the most specialized surveillance and intelligence gathering training that exists in the world. As a police detective , Michael became a member of the S.W.A.T. team, a tactical patrol force detective, as well as a lead investigator in the organized criminal fraud, robbery, and general fraud units. Michael also held the position of Cuban intelligence officer for his agency. During his law enforcement career , Mr. Moloney successfully investigated and assisted in the prosecution of a wide array of criminal complaints to include, sophisticated organized crime cases, sensitive public corruption cases,countless domestic violence cases, and well over a 1000 plus traffic accident related investigations. Michael continues his commitment to public service as a reserve police officer. Michael will always be ingrained in our south Florida community. Growing up and working in our unique south Florida multi-cultural environment has taught Michael to understand and appreciate a wide variety of cultures and customs.
