We offer innovative and active programs that incorporate physical activity, mindfulness and teamwork. We operate out of our own private centre in Stanley Hong Kong. Here is a sample day of training with us: Drop off your bags, enjoy a freshly made coffee, and then head out on the water for a paddleboard and kayak lesson. If that isn't your thing, then try some yoga and circuit training in our bright, clean and well equipped training space. After training, we can arrange a fully catered lunch, with vegetarian and vegan options available for those who want them. Following lunch, the venue is yours to use however you want. We've hosted all kinds of corporate team building and training courses. It's easy to move around the tables and chairs and set up a projector.
