The School Culture and Climate Initiative (Initiative) is a comprehensive support system for schools that provides a wide assortment of resources and services that can be customized to help schools become places where the learning environment is positive and engaging for all. The Initiative is based at the College of Saint Elizabeth’s Center for Human and Social Development. The focus of the Center for Human and Social Development is promoting the social-emotional learning (SEL) of children and the development of positive and respectful school cultures and climates in K-12 schools.
