The Yomiuri Shimbun is a Japanese national newspaper with a 140-year history. Through the three headquarters and regional bureaus throughout Japan and major cities of the world, we report on domestic and foreign issues on our morning and evening editions. Our morning newspaper alone exceeds 7,000,000 copies, giving our newspaper the largest circulation in the world. Additionally, through publishing the daily English-language newspaper The Japan News and operating an English news website, we are transmitting news about Japan to the world.
