Orms Cape Town School of Photography offers both full-time and part-time, online and on-campus, photographic and videography courses. Founded in 2001, we are proud to share more than 20 years of experience teaching various foundational to niche visual storytelling genres. Orms Cape Town School of Photography is known for being a highly-specialized school where lecturers are passionate and committed to their students offering ample one-on-one, bespoke training. Our vision is to be an incubator for technical brilliance and a nurturer of an innovative generation of authentic story-tellers in the photographic and videography fields. The part-time courses include a wide variety of introductory and advanced photography and videography classes. Like the full-time course, classes are small for personalised training and emphasis is placed on individual participation and group interaction. Most of our part-time courses are between three and ten weeks long and are offered as either morning or evening sessions. We also offer short intensive courses, one-on-one personalised sessions and weekend workshops.
