We have in-depth and hands-on expertize in both operational turn-around / right-sizing processes, AND complex financial restructurings, often with conflicting stakeholder interests. With decades of experience from various advisor roles, our team has hands-on experience from a wide range of industrial sectors and special situations. Our approach is however sector-agnostic - we are open to consider investments in most industries. In general, we prefer Nordic companies, with revenues exceeding SEK 200m.
