IQRAA Trust was established in 1994 by Albaraka Bank with the intention of creating a non profit organisation that covers the fields of education, health, welfare and social development. In emergencies the Trust has also provided assistance for disaster relief. Our mission is to uplift the quality of life of all South Africans by promoting and supporting humanitarian programs that are designed to help those who are most in need, to help themselves. We intend to use the resources that are placed at our disposal to develop and fund solutions that will empower people irrespective of race, colour or creed. We want to equip them so that they can contribute to growth and development in South Africa and to share in the benefits of building a better society for all.
