Gulfstream Health has created a new healthcare system in Texas to help solve a complex issue in healthcare today: Out-of-Network healthcare facilities and physicians. Texas’ out-of-network hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers are some of our finest facilities with many of the best physicians in the country. However, without managed care contracts these great facilities and physicians cause a complex, and often uncertain, insurance situation for their patients. Gulfstream Health’s in-network contracts with managed care companies solves this problem for patients. Gulfstream also solves facilities’ and physicians’ challenges by giving them the ability to partner with an in-network healthcare organization, but continue to stay independent from large healthcare corporations. Gulfstream Health is owned by local Texan’s and not by third party investors. This locally owned structure allows Gulfstream to respond quickly to the needs of our patients and our doctors. We believe that the best healthcare organizations reflect their local communities, therefore each of our facilities maintain its local character, while incorporating clinical and financial integration to best meet the needs of our patients and physicians. Gulfstream’s strategic vision is to be above reproach, honorable, value based, faithful, and a compliance driven in-network healthcare system for facilities that currently do not have contracts with managed care companies.
