I work with individuals who seek a coach to partner with them and unpack their current potential and possibilities in their career or personal journey. I am selective about the clients I work with insisting that there is a mutual fit of expectations, style, and energy. Without a mutual fit on this, a coaching relationship won't work as it should. Beyond this, setting goals, working plans for success, and making progress are always part of the plan once a commitment is made. I create and deliver learning engagements and training in a variety of areas with a special interest in developing cultural competence and inclusion practices as well as increasing mental wellness. I have a direct and energetic personality that shines across any media: in-person, phone, or computer screen! With extensive experience in delivering programs in small and large scale settings, I promise everyone will learn no less than one new thing and have a commitment to take action to change before our time together ends. I am completing a master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am fully immersed in my clinical internship this year. I currently work with clients ranging in age from 6 to 53 years old all with a variety of mental health concerns to address. I am shamelessly fond of adolescents - they are living in a dark swirly time and I am humbled by the connections I have with them. I am proud of my ability to provide positive counseling experiences for several first-time clients as well as those who have had negative experiences in the past. My work is an honor.
