Comprised of pavement coating and civil engineering industry leaders, the Pavement Coatings Technology Council advocates for the safe and effective use of pavement coatings. The PCTC provides opportunities for dialogue, education in the industry through meetings, research, development, training, seminars, publications and educational communication materials. The PCTC also sponsors research activities on issues critical to the pavement coating industry, including environmental impact and safety concerns.
