Protolab was created in 2015 by Multimedia Design & Communication programme at the Business Academy Aarhus. The initial idea was to give students a space for increasing their quality of digital skills related to the programme by having a community of likeminded students of the Multimedia Design programme. That community have had two main goals – improve digital skills of fellow students and strenghten the relationships between many cultural perspectives alongside current students. Since then, Protolab has gone through a huge number of changes. Each semester, a new Project Leader is chosen. In 2020, ProtoLab has been transformed into a community directly connected to the professional field. A new goal has been formed – give students the ability to gain experiences and opportunities from modern digital companies, creative business leaders & entrepreneurs and any specialists who would like to share their vision alongside one of the most ambitious young talents with fresh perspectives. You could be one of the main reasons for students to be more confident while showing their skills on the real world cases and problems.
