Founded in 1997, The National Resume Writers’ Association (The NRWA) is the industry’s leading nonprofit, member-driven organization dedicated to promoting the highest standards of excellence in resume writing through certification, education, and mentoring programs. Many of our members are also involved in all aspects of the job search process, including career assessment, and interview / career coaching. Our membership is made up of a diverse and global group of resume writers, career coaches, government and military career transition specialists, college and university career development professionals, and outplacement consultants. Many of our members have been: * Recipients of one or more industry writing or coaching certifications * Published in national career-relevant books and industry publications * Quoted as a career-industry expert in national, regional, and local newspapers * Requested to speak on career topics for television and radio broadcasts * Guest speakers at professional association events, conferences, and career fairs The NRWA members are committed to continual learning in the career services field, which equates to the utmost professionalism and the highest ethical standards.
